摘要
为了获得高效的槐绿虎天牛生物诱剂,从已有的柠条锦鸡儿和樱桃诱剂中挑选出活性较高的配方,将其组合成12种复合配方,再从柠条锦鸡儿中挑选6种化合物,组合成14种配方,分别用这26种配方对槐绿虎天牛进行触角电位反应、嗅觉行为反应以及野外诱捕测试.结果显示:(1)槐绿虎天牛雌虫对配方K和L的相对选择率较高,均为53.33%;雄虫对配方G、K、L的相对选择率较高,均为40.00%;(2)配方K对槐绿虎天牛的诱捕率最高,达到了21.8%,高于柠条锦鸡儿14种配方的最佳诱捕率(13.9%);(3)柠条锦鸡儿的14种配方中,没有能够同时对雌虫和雄虫具有高引诱活性的配方;(4)柠条锦鸡儿和樱桃挥发物各自的最优配方组合得到的配方G对槐绿虎天牛的引诱效果小于配方K、L.这些结果表明,两种植物源挥发物的组合配方对槐绿虎天牛的引诱效果优于单一植物源配方.
In order to get the efficient biological lures of Chlorophorus diadema,the existing formulas with high activity from Caragana korshinskii and Cerasus pseudocerasus were selected and combined into 12 kinds of formula. Six kinds of volatile from Caragana korshinskii were combined into 14 kinds of formula. These 26 kinds of formula were tested on Chlorophorus diadema,including EAG,behavioral response and field trap experiments. The results showed that:(1)The relative selection rate of female Chlorophorus diadema to formula K and L were higher,both of which were 53.33%. The relative selection rate of male Chlorophorus. diadema to formula G,K and L were higher,which were 40.00%.(2)Fomula K had the highest traping rate to Chlorophorus diadema(21.8%),which was higher than the best trapping rate of 14 kinds of fomula from Caragana korshinskii(13.9%).(3)Among the 14 kinds of formula from Caragana korshinskii,there was no one fomula that both had the better attractive activity on male and female.(4) Fomula G combined by the best fomulas from volaties of Caragana korshinskii and Cerasus pseudocerasus had lower attractive activity than fomula K and L. All these results demonstrated that the formulas combined by the volatiles from two kinds of plants are more attractive than that of single plant volatiles.
