肝衰竭治疗新策略——间充质干细胞移植

Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation:A new therapeutic strategy for liver failure

肝衰竭是一种严重的临床病症,目前尚缺乏有效治疗,亟待寻找一种新的有效的治疗手段。间充质干细胞,尤其是脐带间充质干细胞,对急性肝功能衰竭具有治疗作用,然而移植后细胞的归巢将影响其治疗效果。文章通过回顾近年来间充质干细胞治疗肝衰竭基础与临床研究成果,提出今后本领域的发展方向,以干细胞归巢为切入点,提高间充质干细胞移植治疗肝衰竭疗效。

Liver failure is a severe clinical syndrome and hitherto lack of effective treatment. Large numbers of studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells（ MSCs）,especially umbilical cord MSCs,have a therapeutic effect on acute liver failure. Yet,the homing of MSCs in vivo affects the effectiveness of engraftment. The author presents an overview of the results of recent basic and clinical studies on the treatment of liver failure with MSCs and proposes a direction of development in this field,hoping to give some enlightenment to the postgraduates and clinicians of hepatology.
