双行苹果矮化苗木涂药除萌装置结构设计与运动分析

摘要 根据现代苹果苗木嫁接过程中需进行除萌抹芽以抑制中间砧萌蘖生长枝条,进而保证苹果品种接穗的健壮生长农艺需求,设计了一种双行苹果矮化苗木涂药除萌装置。利用AIP软件建立了除萌装置的三维装配体模型,对装置进行了运动学分析并进行试制试验。在蠡县进行了田间试验,结果显示:涂药作业工作状态良好,苗木可以被均匀涂抹,且不漏苗、不伤苗,达到了去除萌蘖的基本要求,保证了苹果树接芽苗的健壮生长,提高了苹果树苗木的成品率;同时,改变了人工作业的方式,提高了劳动效率。 According to the modern apple seedling grafting process in addition to the germination and germination in order to curb the middle of the anvil sprout growth shoots,and then to ensure that the apple varieties scion of the robust growth of agronomic needs,designed a double line of apple dwarf seedlings coated with equipment. The three-dimensional assembly model of the device was established by using AIP software. The kinematic analysis of the device was carried out and the trial test was carried out. The field experiment was carried out in Lixian. The test results showed that the working condition was good and the seedlings could be smeared uniformly,And do not leak seedlings do not hurt seedlings,to achieve the basic requirements to remove the sprout to ensure that the apple tree shoot seedlings of the robust growth and improve the yield of apple trees seedlings. At the same time,changed the way of manual work,improve labor efficiency.
