摘要 研制了一种适用于不同水域、收割整齐和高效率的蒲草收割船割台,以解决现有白洋淀蒲草人工收割效率低、劳动强度大及一般水草类收割船蒲草收割凌乱的问题。收割船割台采用平行四杆机构控制整体水平升降,采用液压系统控制割刀刀架升降和扶禾机构扶禾角度,对蒲草收割船割台关键部件进行结构分析及参数设计,得出较优的工作参数,以此参数设计的机型进行收割实验,验证设计的合理性。经白洋淀水中试验表明:当割台工作速度为4km/h、扶禾高度为800mm、割幅为1200mm,收割蒲草合格率为91%、切割截面与水平面夹角9°时,完全满足设计需求。该种机型的研制对白洋淀蒲草的收割及后续蒲草编织等方面应用起到一定的作用,但对于其他地区不同结构蒲草有待于进一步研究。 A new efficiently and orderly harvesting ship applied to different depths of water is developed to deal with the problem of cattail to harvest in Baiyangdian. where there are high labor intensity and low efficiency for manual operation,messy situation for waterweeds harvesting ship. This equipment adopts parallel four-bar mechanism to control horizontal rise and fall of the integral header and adopts hydraulic system to control the rise and fall of cutter rest and the angle of supporting bulrush mechanism,we analyze of the key parts construction and design parameters and got a set of optimal parameters on effecting working quality. At the same time,the machine made with those parameters was proved to be rational by field test. Structural analysis on cattail harvesting ship not only ensures design reasonable but also prepares for the subsequent intelligent harvesting. According to the field test,the cattail qualified rate is 91% and angle is 9%,between the smoke and the lever when cutting platform working speed is 4 km/h,the height of supporting bulrush is 800 mm and The width of the cutting platform is 1200 mm,All these satisfied the design requirement. this machine could promote the development of cattail harvesting and The subsequent weaving application in Baiyangdian. however,other differently structural cattails research remains to be further studied.
