摘要
摆动分离筛上马铃薯的运动特性直接影响着分离筛性能,而关于摆动分离筛上马铃薯运动特性的研究中存在着研究内容不全面、对马铃薯运动特性参数的变化规律解析不深入等问题。为此,以曲柄转速、筛面倾角和机器前进速度为试验因素,以分离筛上马铃薯绝对运动速度和抛离筛面的最大高度为运动特性指标,利用高速摄像机实时拍摄不同分离筛参数时无土和有土筛面上马铃薯相对分离筛的运动影像,通过回放影像分析马铃薯运动特性指标随分离筛参数的变化规律,并与理论分析结果对比,明确马铃薯运动特性参数产生变化的原因。结果表明:马铃薯绝对运动速度和抛离筛面最大高度的理论值和试验值均随着曲柄转速和筛面倾角的增大而增大,马铃薯绝对运动速度和抛离筛面最大高度的试验值随着机器前进速度的增大而减小;不同曲柄转速和筛面倾角时,无土筛面上马铃薯绝对运动速度和抛离筛面最大高度的试验值大于有土筛面上马铃薯绝对运动速度和抛离筛面最大高度的试验值。研究结果可为深入剖析分离筛性能随分离筛参数的变化规律提供参考依据。
In order to study the motion characteristics of potato,the paper chose the crank rotational speed,swing sieve inclination and the machine forward speed as the experiment factor,and the absolute velocity and the maximum throwing height of the potato on the separation sieve as the kinematical characteristics in the paper. High speed camera was used to capture the movement image of potato relative separation sieve of different crank rotational speed,the screen surface inclination and the machine forward speed. The variation of potato movement characteristic index with the parameters of separation sieve was analyzed by playback image,which was used for a contrast test of the theoretical analysis results. Then,the reasons for the changes of potato motion parameters are explained. The results showed that the theoretical and experimental values of the absolute velocity and the maximum throwing height of the potato are increased with the increase of the crank rotational speed and the sieve surface inclination. However,the experimental value of the absolute velocity and the maximum throwing height of the potato decreases as the machine forward speed advances. When the crank rotational speed and the screen surface inclination are different,the absolute velocity of the potato and the maximum throwing height of the potato on the no-soil separation sieve are larger than that on the soil separation sieve. The results provide a reference for the analysis of the separation sieve performance with the separation sieve parameters.
