摘要
针对现有果园手动式、踏板式喷雾器存在的施药液量大、雾化性能不良、作业效率低、适应性差及污染环境等问题,设计了3WP-500型喷杆式果园喷雾机。该喷雾机主要由机架、传动装置、三缸柱塞泵、喷雾装置及药箱等部件组成。田间试验结果表明:在喷嘴直径1.1mm、药箱压力3.6MPa、机具前进速度3.2m/s时,平均药液沉淀量为3.48ug/cm2,平均喷幅为19.4m,技术指标符合果园喷雾的规范要求。
In the light of manual sprayer for existing orchard of high spray volume,bad atomization,low working efficiency,poor adaptability,environmental pollution and other issues,a 3 WP-500 type of spray rod type orchard sprayer is designed. The spray machine consists of frame,gear,three cylinder plunger pump,spray device,medicine chest and so on. Field test results show that the diameter of the nozzle box 1. 1 mm,pressure of the medicine chest 3. 6 MPa and forward speed of machines and tools is 3. 2 m/s,got the average amount of precipitation and the average width are 3. 48μg/cm2 and 19. 4 m,respectively. It can be concluded that solution precipitation and spray are meet the design requirements.
