基于AMESim的薯类收获机液压传动设计与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 设计了基于电液控制的液压传动系统,以代替传统的机械传动提供动力;确定了薯类收获机的总体结构方案,完成了液压摆线马达、电液比例溢流阀及齿轮泵等主要工作部件的计算和参数确定;基于AMESim,对其自动控制液压系统的适用可靠性做出了仿真分析。薯类收获机以液压传动为动力,使升运链的转速维持在一定的范围内,为升运链提供稳定的转速,从而减少土壤的的堆积,避免壅堵,进而降低了伤薯率。该设计促使薯类收获机向电控和液压技术一体化方向发展,为块茎类作物收获机提供了新的发展方向。 In this paper,the hydraulic transmission system based on electrohydraulic control is designed to replace the traditional mechanical transmission,the overall structure of the potato harvester is determined,and the calculation and parameter determination of the main working parts such as hydraulic cycloid motor,electrohydraulic proportional relief valve and gear pump are completed. And the reliability of the automatic control hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed based on AMESim simulation,which is more beneficial to the reliability of its practice. The potato harvester which takes hydraulic drive as power makes the speed of the chain to maintain a certain range,thus providing a stable speed for elevating chain,thereby reducing the accumulation of soil to avoid obstruction and then reducing the injury rate. The design impels the potato harvester develop in the direction of the integration of the electronic control and hydraulic technology and provides a new direction of development for the tuber crop harvester.
