基于TOPSIS法的四川省市级妇幼保健机构综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of maternal and child health care institutions at city level in Sichuan based on TOPSIS method

目的对四川省市级妇幼保健机构进行综合评价,为相关部门制定妇幼卫生政策提供科学依据。方法采用TOPSIS法与四分位数法相结合对四川省市级妇幼保健机构进行综合评价、分档。结果 A、B、J、U 4所妇幼保健机构综合评价处于"上"等,C、D、E、F、G、H、I、L、M、O、Q、R 12所妇幼保健机构综合评价处于"中"等,K、N、P、S、T 5所妇幼保健机构综合评价处于"下"等。结论四川省市级妇幼保健机构规模和发展水平存在不均衡现状,该综合评价方法可为政府制定妇幼卫生政策提供科学依据。

Objective To comprehensively evaluate maternal and child health care institutions at city level in Sichuan,provide a scientific evidence for related departments to make maternal and child health care policies. Methods Maternal and child health care institutions at city level in Sichuan were comprehensively evaluated and graded based on TOPSIS method combined with quartile method.Results Maternal and child health care institutions of A,B,J,and U were regarded as high degree,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,L,M,O,Q,and R were regarded as middle degree,K,N,P,S,and T were regarded as low degree. Conclusion The scale and developmental level are unbalanced in maternal and child health care institutions at city level in Sichuan. The method can be used to provide scientific evidence for related departments to make maternal and child health care policies.
