学龄前儿童错颌畸形的预防和早期矫治

Prevention and early treatment of malocclusion in preschool children

目的分析和探讨儿童错颌畸形的早期治疗及效果并提供预防思路与策略。方法选取2015年1月-2016年9月该院收治的牙颌畸形患儿40例,整理临床资料并分析其矫治效果和发病原因。结果 40例患儿的治疗有效率为100.0%,随访1年患者满意度为97.5%,复发1例。结论学龄前儿童应该早期养成良好的口腔卫生习惯才能降低发病率,对于已经形成的错颌畸形需要早发现早治疗,抓住有利时机可以有效提高矫治效果。

Objective To analyze and explore the treatment and effect of malocclusion in preschool children,provide new ideas for prevention and strategies. Methods Forty children with malocclusion treated in Civil Aviation General Hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected,the clinical data was summarized,the treatment effect and causes of malocclusion were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 100. 0%,the satisfaction rate after one-year follow-up was 97. 5%,recurrence was found in one child.Conclusion It is very important for preshcool children to form a good oral habit to reduce the incidence rate of malocclusion. It is necessary to detect and treat malocclusion early,and the treatment effect can be improved effectively based on grasping the best time.
