当前我国铁路科技创新已走在世界前列。在铁路科技创新体系中,知识资源是创新的核心动力之一,是获得竞争优势的根本来源。有效的知识管理对提高铁路科技创新知识存量、促进铁路科技创新可持续发展具有重要意义。介绍依据知识存在形态进行的知识分类,以及不同种类知识的转换模式。将知识管理融入SECI模型,提出创新的演化过程,并对知识管理在铁路科技创新中的作用进行详细阐述。

At present, railway technological innovation in China is taking the lead in the world. In railway technological innovation system, knowledge resource is one of the key driving forces behind innovation. It is also the fundamental source of obtaining competitive advantages. Effective knowledge management is of great significance to the storage expansion of railway technological innovation knowledge and to the promotion of sustainable development of railway technological innovation. The paper gave an introduction to the knowledge classification based on existing forms of knowledge and to the transformation patterns of various kinds of knowledge. The paper incorporated knowledge management into SEC1 model, proposed the evolutionary process of innovation and illustrated in detail the role of knowledge management in railway technological innovation.
