摘要 (2012)2109 T梁是我国铁路采用的一种新型桥梁,通过在桥上设置声屏障可以降低行车噪声、减少噪声对周围居民的伤害。(2012)2109 T梁架设时,桥面板只能通过现场二次浇筑完成。通过探索和研究,自主研制了一套经济实用的灵巧型工装,在成蒲铁路成都枢纽西环增建二线土桥特大桥的(2012)2109 T梁桥面板的现浇施工中应用。该技术无需采用任何大型机械设备并同时满足T梁运架设备通行条件,桥面板现浇可随T梁架设同步流水施工,解决了现有施工技术难点,具有广泛推广应用价值。 (2012) 2109 T girder is a new-type bridge which can decrease the harm of train running noise on nearby residents by installing acoustic barriers on it. The bridge deck slab can only be completed by twice pouring when paving (2012) 2109 T girder. Through exploration and research, our company independently developed a set of economical, practical and deft tool which was applied in the construction of Chengdu hub west ring built-out second line Tuqiao bridge of Chengdu-Pujiang railway. The technique doesn't need the help of large-scale mechanical equipment and can meet the prevailing conditions of T girder transport and paving equipment. The situ casting of bridge deck slab and the erection of T girder can be implemented simultaneously, solving existing construction technique difficulties and boasting the value of popularization and application.
