通过FOCUS-PDCA循环法优化医院外科围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物品种选择

Optimizing the selection of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period of hospital by FOCUS-PDCA cycle method

目的:应用FOCUS-PDCA循环法优化医院外科围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物品种选择。方法:通过医院HIS系统获取102例2015年12月外科住院患者围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物品种选择合理情况,同样方式获取274例2016年6月外科住院患者围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物品种选择合理情况,对比FOCUS-PDCA循环法管理运用前后监控效果。结果:采用FOCUS-PDCA循环法后的2016年6月抗菌药物品种选择合理率比未采取FOCUS-PDCA循环法的2015年12月有明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:通过FOCUS-PDCA循环法的干预,我院外科围术期预防用药品种选择合理率大幅提高。

Objective：To optimize the prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period of hospital surgery by FOCUS-PDCA circulation.Methods：The preventive use of antimicrobial choice reasonably during the perioperative period of 102 surgical patients in December 2015 through the hospital system, the same way for prophylactic use of antimicrobial choice reasonable perioperative patients with 274 cases of surgery in June 2016,before and after the FOCUS-PDCA cycle management by monitoring effect.Results：The rational rate of antimicrobial drug selection in June 2016 using FOCUS-PDCA cycle method was significantly higher than that of without using FOCUS-PDCA cycle in December 2015,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.005）.Conclusion：Through the intervention of FOCUS-PDCA cycle method,the reasonable rate of prophylactic drug selection in perioperative period of our hospital is greatly improved.
