外加剂对碱激发粉煤灰材料性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究外加剂对新拌碱激发粉煤灰浆体力学性能的影响规律,采用对比试验研究法,对掺加无机类外加剂(氯化钡)、有机类缓凝剂(葡萄糖酸钠)、有机类减水剂(聚羧酸)以及有机类引气剂(十二烷基三甲基氯化铵)4种外加剂下的碱激发粉煤灰的凝结时间、流动性、年度等早期工作性能和后期的抗压强度进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在碱激发粉煤灰中添加氯化钡和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵后能够较为明显改善凝结时间,其它外加剂对此没有产生明显的效果,但添加适量氯化钡的碱激发粉煤灰的强度有所增强,且保持流动性和粘度值基本不变,而十二烷基三甲基氯化铵会使砂浆的后期抗压强度明显降低。试验结果对碱激发粉煤灰在工程中的推广应用具有重要意义。。 In order to explore the influence of additives on the mechanical properties of fresh alkali activated fly ash slurry, using the comparative study method, adding inorganic admixture (barium chloride) and organic retarder (sodium gluconate) , organic superplasticizer (carboxylic acid) and organic type air entraining agent (twelve alkyl three methyl ammonium chloride) 4 kinds of additives under alkali activated fly ash and the setting time, fluidity, annual early performance and late compressive strength were studied. The results show that: adding excited barium chloride in fly ash and twelve alkyl three methyl ammonium chloride in alkali can obviously improve the setting time, other additives did not produce significant results, but the addition of barium chloride alkali activated fly ash and strengthened, and maintain the fluidity and the viscosity value is essentially the same, and twelve alkyl three methyl ammonium chloride will make the late compressive strength of mortar decreased significantly. The test results has great significance to the popularization and application of alkali activated fly ash in engineering.
