摘要
本文提出了利用测试水泥基材料的电阻率通过建立模型来表征试验其导热系数。试验测定内掺不同掺量粉煤灰、矿渣的低热水泥基材料24h、48h、72h龄期的电阻率及28d的导热系数,分析其在水泥水化过程中的发展变化规律,探讨应用电阻率法快速预测低热水泥基材料特征龄期导热系数的可行性,为温度场计算及温度裂缝控制提供参考。研究结果表明:低热水泥基材料28d导热系数与72h电阻率值具有较好的线性相关性;通过对电阻率的测试来表征低热水泥基材料的导热系数是可行的,为低热水泥基材料的热学性能预测提供了新的思路。
The resistivity of cement based materials is tested to characterize the thermal conductivity by establishing a model.ln the experiment, the resistivity of 24h, 48h and 72h and the thermal conductivity of 28d of the low-temperature cement based materials with different amounts of fly ash and slag were measured, the development and change rule of cement hydration process is analyzed, the feasibility of using resistivity method to rapidly predict the thermal conductivity of low heat cement based materials is discussed, which provides reference for temperature field calculation and temperature crack control. The result of research shows that the 28d thermal conductivity of low heat cement based material has a good linear con'eIation with the resistivity of 72h, it is feasible to characterize the thermal conductivity of low - heat cement based on the test of resistivity and it provides a new way to predict the thermal performance of low-temperature cement based materials.
