摘要
目前国家正在大力推行卓越计划,力争尽快培养出一大批高水平人才。高校作为培养卓越工程师的主力军,应在学生教育管理模式上更加适应国家提出的计划。本文通过分析"辅导员—班主任制"和"辅导员—导师制"在卓越计划背景下的优缺点,在对"辅导员—导师制"进行SWOT分析后,就如何更好地实施"辅导员—导师制"提出了增长型、多元型、扭转型、防御型四种优化措施。
At present, the country is vigorously pursuing the excellent plan, striving to produce a large number of high--level talents as soon as possible. As the main force of the cultivation of excellent engineers, colleges and universities should be more responsive to the demands of the state in the management mode of students education. In this paper, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of "counselors——teachers" and "the counselor——tutorial system" under the background of excellence, after the SWOT analysis of"the counselor —— tutorial system", put forward the growth, multivariate, torsion, defensive four kinds of optimization measures on how to better implement of "the counselor ——tutorial system".
