摘要
目的建立新会柑普茶高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为新会柑普茶的质量评价提供依据。方法以C_(18)色谱柱为分析柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0m L·min^(-1),柱温30℃,对19批次新会柑普茶样品进行了指纹图谱分析研究。结果建立了新会柑普茶高效液相色谱指纹图谱,确定了6个特征峰,并对其中5个特征峰进行了确证,分别为没食子酸、咖啡因、橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素。结论建立的柑普茶高效液相色谱指纹图谱特征性和专属性强,方法快速、简便、可靠,为科学评价和有效控制新会柑普茶质量提供了一种方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprints of Ganpu tea from Xinhui. Methods The HPLC was performed on C18 chromatographic column, gradiently eluting with methanol as the mobile phase A, and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase B at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Nineteen batches of Ganpu tea were analyzed. Results Six common peaks were found in this fingerprint, 5 of which were identified as gallic acid, caffeine, hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin. Conclusion The established HPLC method is highly specific and reproducible, and provides scientific evaluation and quality control for Ganpu tea from Xinhui.
