摘要
硫磺熏蒸是中药材产地加工方法及仓储运输过程中的养护手段,有助于中药材干燥、防虫、防霉变。然而随着硫磺熏蒸的应用与深入研究,滥用硫磺熏蒸带来的中药材质量降低、二氧化硫残留、重金属污染等弊端也逐渐暴露,滥用硫磺熏蒸问题引起了国内外的重点关注。本文以"硫熏当归"为例,阐述了硫熏对当归性状、成分、药理作用、毒性的影响,并简要介绍微波干燥、辐照加工、臭氧处理、超高压处理等硫熏替代技术,以期为规范管理硫熏中药材提供参考。
Sulfur-fumigation processing technology plays a certain role in the maintenance and preservation of traditional Chinese medicine. It can shorten the drying time, control pests and maintain a better appearance. With the application of sulfur-fumigation, the abuse of sulfur-fumigation attracts much attention. Due to its uncertain safety, and possible sulfur residue and heavy metal polluton. The "sulphur-fumigated Angelica" as an example, to preliminarily summarize the effects of sulfur-fumigation on chemical profiles, pharmacokinetics, toxicity of Angelica. Alternative technologies were introduced briefly, providing a reference for regulating the management of sulphur fumigation.
