消风止痒合剂定性定量方法的研究

Qualitative and quantitative study of Xiaofeng Zhiyang mixture

目的建立本院医院制剂消风止痒合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对黄芩、金银花、赤芍及连翘进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对消风止痒合剂中黄芩苷、绿原酸、芍药苷和连翘苷4种成分进行含量测定。结果 TLC能检验出黄芩、金银花、赤芍和连翘,且具有特征性的斑点。黄芩苷在0.025 08~0.250 80 mg与峰而积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.4%。绿原酸在0.007 64~0.076 40 mg与峰而积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD=0.80%。芍药苷在0.009 20~0.092 00 mg与峰而积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.8%。连翘苷在0.001 34~0.013 40 mg与峰而积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.1%。结论所建立的方法准确性高、灵敏度和重复性好,可作为消风止痒合剂的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish the quality control for our hospital preparations Xiaofeng Zhiyang mixture. Methods Scuteuariae radix, lonicerae japonieae flos, paeoniae radix rubra and forsythiae fructus were identified by thin layer chromatography （TLC）, and the content of baicalin, chlorogenic acid, paeoniflorin and phillyrin of Xiaofeng Zhiyang mixture was determined by HPLC. Results Scuteuariae radix, lonicerae japonicae flos, paeoniae radix rubra and forsythiae fructus were identified with characteristic spots. Baicalin had good linearity at 0.025 08 - 0.250 80 rag, the average recovery was 100.7%, and RSD = 1.4%. Chlorogenic acid had good linearity at 0.007 64 - 0.076 40 rag, the average recovery was 100.9%, and RSD = 0.80%. Paeoniflorin had good linearity at 0.009 20 - 0.092 00 mg, the average recovery was 100.9%, and RSD = 1.8%. Phillyrin had good linearity at 0.001 34 - 0.013 40 mg, the average recovery was 100.7%, and RSD = 2.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
