摘要 目的建立了分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测血竭中的4种苏丹红的残留量。方法采用水相悬浮聚合方法,以苯胺和萘酚为虚拟模板成功制备出对4种苏丹红具有特异选择性的分子印迹微球,并将印迹微球用作固相萃取的选择性吸附剂。结果该印迹聚合物对于4种苏丹红较中性氧化铝、硅胶以及C_(18)有着更好的选择识别能力。在不同浓度血竭的加标回收率为91.2%~100.9%,RSD<5.3%,检测限为0.018~0.037μg·g^(-1),定量限为0.060~0.123μg·g^(-1)。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,实现了对血竭中4种苏丹红的同时分离检测。 Objective To determine 4 Sudans in Sanguis Draconiis by molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography. Methods The molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized by suspension polymerization with aniline and naphthol as the dummy template. Results Compared with alumina oxide and C18, considerable diferences in the interaction with Sudans were observed with MIPs as the SPE sorbent. The recoveries of the Sudan dyes in Sanguis Draconiis at 3 spiked levels ranged 91.2% - 100.9% with the relative standard deviation lower than 5.3%. The limit of detection and limit of quantification based on a signalto-noise of 3 and 10 were at 0.018 - 0.037 μg·g^-1and 0,060 - 0.123 μg·g^-1. Conclusion This method is highly sensitive and precise, which can simultaneously separate and detect 4 Sudans in Sanguis Draconiis.
