田华琴教授推崇运用中西医结合方法治疗三阴性乳腺癌,并提出"三阴性乳腺癌全程管理"的干预理念。从三级预防到治疗时期各阶段,综合运用手术、化疗、放疗、介入治疗等中西医结合手段。将中医、西医联合运用,治疗各阶段中西医结合思维贯彻始终。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor TIAN Hua-qin in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer, and discusses the intervention concept of ＂Triple-negative Breast Cancer Management＂. The Strategy which from the Tertiary prevention of prevention to the each period should take with the comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, interventional therapy and other means to extend the survival time of patients, reduce adverse reactions, improve the life qualification of patients. Chinese and Western medicine should be taken through the treatment of each stages. Combining the Chinese medicine and Western medicine organically, so that patients achieve the best therapeutic effect.
