摘要 目的:通过梳理高频电针相关文献,旨在分析高频电针刺激经穴与非穴的应用情况。方法:查阅相关书籍及CNKI文献库,采用文献逻辑学方法,对所查文献进行归纳总结。阐述高频电针的作用机理;归纳高频电针在各系统中的应用;总结高频电针刺激穴位与非穴的应用;阐述高频电针刺激后体表穴位的反映。结果:查阅CNKI文献库文献近300篇,初步总结出了高频电针的作用机制、应用范围、穴位与非穴的研究以及体表穴位的反映。结论:以高频电针作用机制为基础,阐述了在各个系统中的应用以及优势,并且通过对比穴位与非穴的治疗效果,结合体表穴位的检测结果,可以推断机体内在状态,从而为经络-脏腑相关提供理论基础,也为临床的诊断治疗提供依据。 Objective: To analyze the application of high-frequency electroacupuncture to acupoints and non-acupoints by combing the relevant literature of high-frequency electro-acupuncture. Method: We checked the related monographs and CNKI literature library, used the method of literature logic, and summarized the reviewed documents. Firstly, the mechanism of action of high-frequency electroacupuncture was elaborated; Secondly, the application of high-frequency electroacupnneture in various systems was smnmarized; Then the application of high-frequency electroacupuncture to stimulate acupoints and non-acupoints was summarized; Finally, the reflection of acupuncture points after high-frequency electroaeupuneture stimulation was described. Results: A review of nearly 300 articles in the CNKI literature library initially summarized the mechanism of action, the scope of application, the study of acupoints and non-acupoints, and the reflection of body surface acupoints. Conclusion: Based on the mechanism of high-frequency electroacupuncture, the application and advantages of each system are described. By comparing the therapeutic effects of acupoints and non-acupuncture points with the detection results of body surface acupoints, the state of the body can be inferred. Therefore, it provides the theoretical basis for meridian-organism related, and also provides the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .
