摘要
通过一套详细完整的从任前培训至课堂教学的实施方法,将"朋辈TA"首次融入《中医内科学》的PBL教学,为丰富临床师资,缓解教学压力开拓了新路径。虽然TA们在教学实施中仍存在不足和不成熟之处,但无论对于医学研究生的培养,还是对医学院校教学实力的储备和传承,"朋辈TA"提供了一种很好的方式让学生体会角色的转变,训练自己适合不同群体的沟通方法和能力,以适应不同的知识水平和社会背景,这对日后成为一名临床医师或是医学院校教师来讲都大有裨益,符合高校对学生未来人格和能力的培养目标。
Through a set of detailed and complete implementation methods from pre-training to classroom teaching, we integrated "peer TA" into the internal medicine of PBL for the first time, which had enabled a new path for enriching clinical teachers and alleviating the pressure of teaching. Although there are still deficiencies and immaturity in the implementation of TA teaching, no matter to the training of medical graduate students, or to the reserve and inheritance of the teaching strength of medical colleges, the "peer TA" provides a good way for students to understand the transformation of their roles, to train their communication methods and abilities suitable for different groups, and to adapt to different level of knowledge and social background. This will have beneficial effect of becoming a clinician or medical college teacher in the future, and consistent with the training objectives of the university for students' future personality and ability.
