摘要
水浴式加热炉作为一种解决天然气门站低温冻胀的有效手段,已得到广泛应用。文章对AURA公司水浴式加热炉的原理及结构进行介绍,对场站加热负荷进行计算并对加热炉实际运行中的问题进行了探讨。
Water-bath heater is an effective means to solve the frost heave phenomenon of equipment due to the low temperature, and it has been widely used in natural gas station. This paper introduces the principle and structure of AURA water-bath heater, gives the calculation method of the heating load of the station. The problems in actual operation of reheating furnace are further analyzed.
