提升铁路路用车使用效率的探讨

A Study on Improving the Efficiency of Railway Service Trains

为提升铁路路用车使用效率,加强路用车管理水平,分别从路用车年使用量和工程单位使用路用车情况2个方面分析中国铁路上海局集团有限公司路用车使用概况,针对目前路用车使用过程中存在的基础管理有待加强、使用不均衡、使用效率有待提高3个主要问题,提出提升路用车使用效率的对策,即优化路用车审批方式,合理安排运输计划,完善施工计划编制,运用信息技术手段,加强基础管理。

Taking the operation of service trains at China Railway Shanghai Group as an example, this paper analyzes the management of the vehicles from two perspectives, including the annual workload and the orders placed by local engineering organizations, in order to improve the company＇s service efficiency and management skills. Focusing on such existing problems as the poor basic management, imbalanced utilization of the trains, and low operational efficiency, the paper proposes the following measures： optimizing the authorization process, making proper transportation plans, improving construction plans, applying information technology to the operation, and strengthening basic management skills.
