补血益肾汤对化疗后骨髓抑制发生率的影响

Effect of Buxue Yishen decoction on the incidence of myelosuppression after chemotherapy

目的探索补血益肾汤对化疗后骨髓抑制发生率的影响。方法 98例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用单纯化疗治疗,观察组采用化疗联合补血益肾汤治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的骨髓抑制率36.73%显著低于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞计数均低于治疗前,但观察组患者的血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞计数均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的恶心呕吐、腹泻、肝损伤、肾毒性发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗期间实施补血益肾汤治疗能有效降低骨髓抑制发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Buxue Yishen decoction on the incidence of myelosuppression after chemotherapy. Methods A total of 98 chemotherapy patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received chemotherapy only, and the observation group received chemotherapy combined with Buxue Yishen decoction. The treatment effect in two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the observation group had obviously lower incidence of myelosuppression as 36.73% than 71.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood platelets, hemoglobin, and white blood cell count（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower lood platelets, hemoglobin, and white blood cell count than before treatment, and the observation group had better lood platelets, hemoglobin, and white blood cell count than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, liver injury and renal toxicity（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Buxue Yishen decoction can effectively reduce the occurrence of myelosuppression during the chemotherapy period.
