抗菌药物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床应用效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of antibiotics applied in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨抗菌药物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法 90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组仅给予对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予抗菌药物头孢呋辛钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果及炎性指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.56%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7 d,两组CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用抗菌药物能提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果,改善其炎性状态及临床症状,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of antibiotics applied in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided by admission order into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received symptomatic support therapy, and the observation group received antibiotics of cefuroxime sodium for treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and changes in inflammatory indicators between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.56% than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in serum C-reactive protein（CRP）, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） levels（P〉0.05）. After 7 d of treatment, both groups had lower CRP and TNF-α levels than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of antibiotics can improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, along with their inflammatory state and clinical symptoms. This method contains clinical application value.
