全视网膜光凝术联合复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的应用研究

Study on application of panretinal photocoagulation combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule in diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨全视网膜光凝术联合复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法 40例增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采取全视网膜光凝术治疗,观察组采取全视网膜光凝术联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论采用全视网膜光凝术联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗,可提高增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效,且安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of panretinal photocoagulation combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule in diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 40 proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation, and the observation group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule. The clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 95.00% than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Combination of panretinal photocoagulation and compound Xueshuantong capsule is safe and reliable in improving the clinical efficacy of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
