In recent years,Safety accidents of production still occurred frequently,which produces badly negative influence on the enterprise. How to deal with it effectively and do a good job of emergency management has become a practical problem for the construction and management enterprises.This paper analyzes the experience practice and sums up the key factors of successful emergency management,offering a reference for the contingency management.
