目的确定常减压蒸馏装置节能减排改造项目可能存在的职业危害因素．为该建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用类比法结合实际工作经验对建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、建筑卫生学、可能产生的职业病危害因素、职业病防护设施等方面进行综合评价。结论常减压蒸馏装置节能减排改造项目在落实控制职业病危害的补充措施和建议后。拟建项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。

Objective To determine the possible occupational hazards in the energy saving and emission reduction project of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and to provide the necessary countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and treatment of occupational hazards in the design of the project. Methods the method of analogy and practical experience were used to evaluate the location and overall layout of the construction project, the layout of the production equipment, the construction hygiene, the possible hazards of occupational diseases and the protection facilities of occupational diseases. Conclusion after the implementation of the supplementary measures and suggestions for the control of occupational hazards in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, the proposed project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
