摘要
为提升导弹武器系统地面装备的机箱产品的设计效率、缩短设计周期,从结构化数据表单、模型规范化、快速设计流程、软件系统架构等方面研究了机箱快速设计方法。通过以创造性和规律性为原则定义的人机分工界面为前提,采用Creo软件平台,以Pro/Toolkit和UDF进行了二次开发,建设了基于结构化设计数据表单的机箱快速设计软件模块。实际应用表明,该机箱快速设计方法能够系统地对机箱设计数据进行结构化管理,极大提高了设计效率和对任务需求的响应能力。
In order to improve design efficiency and shorten design period of the electronic cabinet of the ground equipment of missile weapon system,a research of rapid design is developed based on structured data table,model standardization,flow of rapid design and software architecture. By making a distinction between creativity and regularity,the interface of man-machine is defined. Pro/Toolkit and UDF is applied to the secondary development of Creo to develop the software module of rapid design of electronic cabinet based on structured data table. Practical application shows the method of rapid design of electronic cabinet is efficient to manage the design data and improve design efficiency and enhance the responsiveness to requirement.
