摘要
借鉴螺杆转子型线设计方法中的齿条法,对罗茨机械增压器转子型线的设计进行了研究,提出了使用Auto CAD软件模拟罗茨转子的虚拟加工从而获得罗茨转子型线的设计方法,并将该方法获得的型线与通过解析法推导的理论型线进行对比,验证了该方法的正确性。为罗茨转子或螺杆转子的设计提供了一种新的方法。
This paper used the rack generation method in screw rotor profile design for reference,where a study on rotor profile design of roots supercharger was conducted,putting forward a roots rotor profile design method that simulate the virtual manufacturing of the roots rotor by using Auto CAD software,and compared the profile obtained by this method with that deducted by analytical method,which validated the validity of this method. A new method was supplied for the design of roots rotor profile or screw rotor profile.
