Customer Environment Demand Forecasting Method Based on Gray Markov Model

摘要 近年来,环境问题日益突出,客户的环境意识逐渐增强,客户环境需求分析处理已成为企业产品设计过程重要环节,了解客户环境需求,对其变化趋势进行预测,可以针对变化的市场适时的对产品进行改进。将环境需求重要度作为产品需求变化的指标,采用灰色马尔科夫模型对客户环境需求重要度进行预测。以某汽车企业的环境需求为例对该方法进行验证。 In recently years,the environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,the environmental awareness of customer has gradually increased,the environmental demand analysis and processing of customer has become an important part of the enterprise product design process,in order to understand the customer's environmental needs and predict the trend of change,we can improve the product in a timely manner by the change market. In this paper,we treat the importance of environmental demand as an indicator of product demand changes,Gray Markov model was used to predict the importance of customers' environmental needs. This method is validated by taking the environmental demand of an automobile enterprise as an example.
