摘要
介绍了利用材料屈服强度和极限抗拉强度两个性能参数,通过ASME材料应力应变曲线拟合方法,建立材料塑性应变强化的本构模型,在此基础上对材料的特性曲线进行双线性简化,并进一步将简化模型用于液压胀管的理论计算。最后通过实例加以说明。
This paper introduces how to use yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of two material performance parameters,to build plastic strain hardening constitutive model by ASME stress-strain curve fitting method,make bilinear simplification of property curve based on this model,and use this simplified model to analytical calculation of hydraulic expansion. Finally,an example is given to illustrate.
