摘要
通过分析一例"成功的手术"但"失败的治疗"病案,我们认识到,临床面临的疾病多数是错综复杂的,仅靠专科救治效果有限。当今的医学观强烈要求专科医师必须建立整合医学的临床思维。医学关乎生命,人又是一个有机的整体,时代呼吁将"以人为本"的整合医学理念尽快融入思维和实践中。
A case of “successful surgery but unsuccessful treatment” reminds us that most of clinical diseases are complex and it is difficult to have a very satisfactory result of treatment by a single specialist. For today＇s medical specialist, it is necessary to have the clinical strategy of holistic integrative medicine. Medicine concerns life, and man is an organic whole in constant movement. This is an era calling for the integration of “people-oriented” holistic integrative medicine concept into thinking and practice.
