This article analyzed the blind spots and risks of hospital commercial bribery supervision in the process of making medical equipment procurement plan and proposed targeted solutions and reasonable suggestions. By reviewing the whole process of hospital equipment procurement plan formation and focusing the supervision on the source of possible bribery, we discussed the existence and performance of risk points in every step and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for monitoring these blind spots. Countermeasures to avoid risk and prevent corruption in the procurement plan were discussed so as to provide reasonable suggestions for hospital procurement.
