摘要
针对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中存在的问题,为提高教学质量,对临床教学进行整合改革。运用整合医学理念,调整教学计划,强化学生主体作用;建立有利于临床诊疗思维能力、创新精神培养和综合素质提高的整合医学教学体系;科学化理论课教学,以案例整合教学为中心,多种教学手段相结合。运用整合教学方式后,取得了良好效果,学生成绩及能力明显提高,学生不仅具备了一定的专业知识和较强的临床能力,而且学习兴趣明显增强,毕业后愿意从事该专业的学生逐年增多。整合耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学是成功的,对以后深化教学改革具有借鉴价值。
Targeting the problems in the otolaryngology-head and neck surgery (OHNS) teaching, our department carried out a reform that applied holistic integrative medicine (HIM) philosophy in OHNS teaching. Using HIM philosophy, teaching model was innovated, including redesigning teaching plan to augment the students’ study activeness and establishing a HIM teaching system to cultivate the students’ active mind and creative ability clinically and raise their overall quality. In addition, we optimized the teaching methods of the theoretical course, which integrate multiple teaching skills with focus on case teaching. After using HIM philosophy for teaching, the students achieved higher clinical grades and learned more clinical skills. They were more likely to retain their initial interest in OHNS or switch their preference to the career. The application of HIM philosophy in OHNS teaching is successful and it’s a good reference for deepening teaching reform in the future.
