摘要
考虑碳排放的约束限制,允许缺货,分别建立了总量管制机制、碳总量交易机制以及碳补偿机制下的存货影响销售的易变质产品库存模型,分析了库存系统最优的订货策略以及减排策略,并对碳排放规制下模型的最优性进行了比较,进一步探讨了碳配额、碳价以及碳汇等对库存最优绩效的影响,最后用数值例子和敏感性分析对所建模型进行了验证.研究结果表明,总量管制机制下的库存系统最优总利润及最优排放量均与碳配额的多少有关,而碳总量交易机制下库存系统的最优性与碳配额无关,但该机制可以从交易碳排放权中获得更多的利润.与总量管制机制相比,碳补偿机制的库存系统在一定条件下更具竞争力.数值分析结果表明,在各规制下,碳配额和碳价对库存系统最优绩效的影响基本稳健,而变质率和存货影响销售因子对库存最优绩效的影响显著.
Considering carbon emission constraints and partial backlogging, inventory models for dete- riorating items with stock dependent demand are investigated under three regulations like carbon cap, carbon cap and trade, and carbon cap and offset. Optimal replenishment and carbon emissions reduction policies are analyzed, and comparison of the above three different inventory models is made. Furthermore, the effects of the carbon cap, the carbon price, and the carbon sink on the inventory performance are discussed. Finally, numerical examples and sensitivity analyses are presented to illustrate the developed models. The result show that, carbon cap is related to inventory optimality under carbon cap, but under carbon cap and trade, this parameter does not have impact on the inventory replenishment policy, and inventory decision maker can get more profit from selling carbon allowances. Compared with the regulation of the carbon cap, inventory system is more competitive in efficiency of operation under carbon cap and offset. Numerical results show that, under carbon emissions reduction, the effects of the carbon cap and carbon price on inventory performance are basically robust, but the impacts of the deteriorating rate and stock dependent demand factor on inventory performance are more significant.
