摘要
试验利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对甜菊糖苷加工过程中用到的塑料制品如丁基橡胶、硅橡胶及聚四氟乙烯材料等进行邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂测定,并模拟生产过程,考察了不同塑料制品中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的迁移情况。结果表明,丁基橡胶中PAEs含量较高,在100~4 500 mg/kg,硅橡胶次之,在3~55 mg/kg,而聚四氟乙烯含量最少,在1~4.5 mg/kg。模拟生产过程,乙醇体积分数越高,浸泡时间越长,温度越高PAEs溶出越快,并且PAEs在橡胶内部存在由高浓度向低浓度迁移的现象。该研究为甜菊糖苷加工过程中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的控制提供了依据。
Plasticizers in butyl rubber, silicon rubber and PTFE gasket which would be used during stevioside processing were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Migration of phthalate acid esters(PAEs) under the simulated production conditions was investigated. PAEs content in butyl rubber, silicon rubber and PTFE was 100-4 500, 3-55 and 1-4.5 mg/kg, respectively. Under the simulated production conditions, the test illustrated that the higher degree the liquor was, the longer time contacted, and the higher temperature the extraction was, the higher immigration rate was. PAEs would migrate from high concentration to low in rubber. This study would provide the foundation for control of PAEs during food processing.
