Rapidly Determination of the Sterol Content in Vegetable Oil by Alumina Solid Extraction-Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立一种氧化铝固相萃取-气相色谱快速测定植物油中甾醇含量的方法。试验对皂化参数和氧化铝层析萃取不皂化物参数进行优化。采用优化后的试验方法与GB/T 25223—2010进行比较,同时对该法的准确性进行验证试验。结果表明,测定同一样品的甾醇含量时,试验方法与GB/T 25223—2010测出的结果基本一致,其RSD分别为4.8%和1.9%,说明该试验方法重复性较好;对添加植物甾醇酯前后的油样进行甾醇含量测定,测出的含量基本与添加甾醇后的预算结果相吻合,说明该法能较准确地测定植物油中甾醇含量。 A method for the determination of sterol in vegetable oil was established by using a solid phase extraction of alumina-gas chromatography. The parameters of saponification and alumina chromatography were optimized. The optimized test method was compared with GB/T 25223—2010. The accuracy of the method was verified by comparison with GB/T 25223—2010, at the same time, the accuracy test of method was also verified. The results showed that the test method was basically consistent with the results of GB/T 25223—2010 when the sterol content of the same sample was determined, the RSD was 4.8% and 1.9%, respectively. The content of the oil samples before and after the addition of phytosterol was determined by sterol content, which was basically consistent with the budget results after the addition of sterol, indicating that the method could accurately determine the content of sterol in vegetable oil.
