UPLC-MS/MS Determination of Residual Amounts of Six Sulfonamides in Chicken

鸡肉样品经过固体基质分散,固液萃取,快速溶剂萃取仪浓缩,复溶;采用超高压高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱检测器(UPLC-MS/MS)同时分析鸡肉中的6种磺胺类药物(磺胺甲嘧啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺喹恶磷、磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶)。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,正离子电离模式(ESI+)和多反应扫描监测模式(MRM)进行测定,以各成分的保留时间、定性定量离子对及定性定量离子对相对离子比来定量分析。结果表明,6种磺胺化合物的浓度线性范围为1~200 ng/m L,空白样品加标回收范围为5~100μg/kg,检出限为0.05~0.10μg/kg。该方法前处理简单快捷、仪器分析快速且灵敏度高、结果准确、重复性好;不仅适用于鸡肉且适用于各种禽畜肉样品的品质监测,而且适合大批量样品的快速检测分析。

Chicken samples were dispersed through solid matrix, concentrated by rapid solvent extractor, and re-dissolved, then six sulfonamides（sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine, sulfamonomthoxine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfaquinoxaline, and sulfadimethoxypyrimidine） were simultaneously tested by HPLC-MS/MS. The mass spectra system was used with electrospray ionization source, positive ionization mode（ESI＋） and multiple reaction scanning monitoring mode（MRM）. Quantitative analysis was carried out via the retention time of each component, qualitative quantitative ion pair and the relative ratio of qualitative and quantitative ion pair. The results showed that the linear range of the concentration for these six sulfonamides was 1-200 ng/m L, the recoveries were 5-100 μg/kg and the detection limit was 0.05-0.10 μg/kg. This method was simple enough to handle, with fast instrument analysis, high sensitivity, accurate results and good reproducibility. It was not only for chicken and for other poultry meat samples of quality monitoring, but alsofor rapid detection of large quantities of samples.
