冷柜内胆折弯工艺是冷柜生产成型的重要环节,提高生产效率并解决人工定位尺寸不准确是其保证后续组装产品合格率的关键;本文结合生产需求以及产品实际特点,主要设计研发了可重复调整折弯模架进行几次折弯形成冷柜内胆所需形状和尺寸的设备,一种内胆四道折弯设备。

The bending process of chest freezer inner liner is an important part of the production and forming stage, increasing its productivity and solving inaccuracy of the manual positioning are the keys to ensure the qualified rate of subsequent assembly products. In this paper, combined with the production requirement and products features, we mainly discussed a kind of equipment that used for chest freezer inner liner forming and designed a six-way inner liner bending machine that can adjust the position by circulating to do the several bending jobs to form the shape and size of freezer liner we need.
