摘要 合理化建议是一种由员工直接向企业管理层提出的,内容为提升或改善企业的管理制度或工艺技术的建议。本文介绍了合理化建议的概念及合理化建议具有自主性、广泛性、目的性、创造性和实效性的特点。作者根据多年在企业开展合理化建议活动的实践,阐述企业开展合理化建议活动的重要意义,归纳总结了如何在企业开展合理化建议工作中完善相应制度、建立信息化平台、结合企业需求和建立激励制度等措施及方法的实践经验,为广大企业提供借鉴。 Reasonable recommendation refers to a kind of recommendation that is voiced out by employees to the corporate managers for the improvement of managerial system or technology. The thesis introduces the concept of reasonable recommendation as well as its characteristics as autonomous, universal, goal-oriented, creative and effective. According to the writer' s own practice of organizing reasonable recommendation activities in the company for many years, significance of these activities towards enterprises is stated. Moreover, practical experience about mea- sures and approaches of how to improve the related systems, establish informational platform and formulate incentive mechanism in accordance to the need of enterprises has been generalized and summarized, serving as a reference for enterprises.
