摘要
挤压筒的加热及在挤压过程中的温度控制,对挤压铝制品的质量、生产效率、工具使用寿命、生产成本、能耗和环保等均有重要意义。分析了传统挤压筒加热系统及温控装置的弊端,介绍了新研发的铝挤压筒用智能高效长寿命直插式金属加热管的研制与应用情况。
The heating process of the container and its temperature control during extrusion play a great role in various aspects of extruded A1 wares, such as quality, production efficiency, tool life, production cost, energy consumption and environmental protection. The disad- vantages are analyzed for the conventional heating system and temperature control device. Then the introduction covers the research, development and application of the insert-type metal heating tube of the A1 container with intelligent control, high effect and long service life.
