硬尖神香草挥发油提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的确定硬尖神香草挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验法和正交试验法对硬尖神香草挥发油的提取工艺条件进行优选,以挥发油得率为指标,选用L9(34)正交试验表,考虑提取时间(A)、浸泡时间(B)、药材细度(C)、液料比(D)4个影响因素,每个因素下3个水平。结果浸泡7h,过10目筛的神香草干燥粉末加入1∶4(g/m L)蒸馏水提取18h。结论此方法适用于硬尖神香草挥发油的提取。 Objective To determine the optimal extraction process of volatile oil from.Methods To optimize the hard point extraction process of volatile oil from. Condition by orthogonal test method and single factor test,the yield of volatile oil was used as an index,L9(34)orthogonal test table is selected,the 4 factors were considered as extraction time(A),soaking time(B),crude drug fineness(C)and liquid to material ratio(D),three levels under each factor. Results After immersing for 7 h,dried powder of of 10 mesh sieves was added into distilled water,the ratio was 1∶4(g/m L),the extraction time was 18 h. Conclusion This method is suitable for extraction of volatile oil from Hyssopus Cuspidatus Boriss.
