当归活血酒联合切开复位内固定术对肱骨近端骨折临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Danggui Huoxue Liquor Combined with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的观察当归活血酒联合切开复位内固定术对肱骨近端骨折患者VAS评分、临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将2015年4月—2017年4月在我院接受治疗的60例肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组。对照组30例给予单纯手术治疗,观察组30例在对照组基础上加用当归活血酒治疗,对两组患者治疗后VAS评分、肩关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间以及治疗前后患者生活质量进行综合评价,评估两组疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后VAS评分、肩关节功能评分均显著优于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组(<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组治疗后的生理功能、躯体功能各项指标与对照组呈现明显差异(<0.05),存在统计学意义;且观察组治疗后有28例患者骨折愈合优良,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,两组差异较大(<0.05),统计学有意义。结论当归活血酒联合切开复位内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折患者,能够缓解疼痛,促进肩关节功能改善,提升患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Danggui Huoxue liquor combined with open reduction and internal fixation on the VAS score,clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients with proximal humerus fractures.Methods 60 cases of patients with proximal humerus fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group received simple surgery,observation group received Danggui Huoxue liquor on the basis of control group.The efficacies were evaluated by comparing the VAS score,the shoulder joint function score,the fracture healing time,the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The VAS score and shoulder joint function score of observation group were significantly better than those in control group. The fracture healing time was shorter than that of control group,which was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The physiological function and physical function of observation group were significantly different from those in control group（ P〈0.05）,and the statistical significance was found in observation group.After treatment,28 cases had excellent fracture healing,accounting for 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 70% of control group.The difference between the two groups was significant（ P〈0.05）,which was statistically significant. Conclusion Danggui Huoxue liquor combined with open reduction and internal fixation is effective in treatment of proximal humeral fracture,which can relieve pain,improve the function of shoulder joint as well as the quality of life of the patients,and is worthy of popularizing.
