腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗现状

Current Situation of Non-surgical Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

非手术治疗目前仍是腰椎间盘突出症的主要治疗方法,本文回顾了近10年来国内公开发表的有关腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗的临床文献,表明非手术疗法主要包括卧床休息、牵引、针灸、推拿、运动疗法及综合疗法,指出腰椎间盘突出症多种保守治疗方法的联合应用是治疗方法选择的发展趋势。同时发现基础研究和机制研究较少,且评定标准也不尽一致,难以全面客观的评价各种疗法的优劣,故还有待进一步完善。

Nonsurgical treatment is still the main treatment for protrusion of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）. This article reviews the clinical literature on nonsurgical treatment of LDH published in recent ten years. It shows that non-surgical treatment mainly includes bed rest,traction,acupuncture,massage,exercise therapy and comprehensive therapy,and points out the combination of multiple conservative treatments for LDH is the development trend of treatment options. At the same time,it is found that the basic researches and mechanism research are less,and the evaluation standards are not consistent,it is difficult to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various therapies,so it still needs to be further improved.
