破伤风疫苗注射后环状肉芽肿1例

A Case of Granuloma Annulare after Injection of Tetanus Vaccine

患儿女,6岁。左前臂斑块1个月,泛发臀部及四肢20天。起病前5天患儿曾于当地医院行破伤风疫苗注射。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅中层数个栅栏状肉芽肿形成,中央可见胶原纤维变性坏死,周围绕以组织细胞及淋巴细胞。诊断为环状肉芽肿。

A 6-year-old girl presented with a plaque on her left forearm for one month, and on her hips and extremities for 20 days. The girl had been injected with tetanus vaccine five days prior to appearance of initial lesion. Histopathologic examination revealed several palisading granulomas in the upper and middle dermis surrounded by histio- cytes and lymphocytes,with the degeneration of collagen fibers in the center. Granulo- ma annulare （GA） was therefore diagnosed.
