城市大龄青年婚恋压力的研究

Study on the Pressure of Love and Marriage among the Urban Single Youngsters

目的了解城市大龄青年婚恋压力的现状、影响因素和焦虑状况,提出解决问题的对策。方法应用自行设计的大龄青年婚恋压力问卷和状态-特质焦虑问卷中前20题对207名大龄青年进行调查。结果婚恋问题已构成大龄青年压力有153人(73.91%),影响因素分别来自父母、家人催促132人(86.27%),年龄因素89人(58.17%),82人(53.59%)因没遇到合适的对象造成压力;状态焦虑总分平均值为(49.39±13.79),远超过全国常模(39.31±8.66)。讨论大龄青年的婚恋压力以及产生的焦虑情绪已经不是某些人的个别问题,而是普遍存在问题。缓解大龄青年的婚恋压力,解决其婚恋问题,需要个人、家庭、社会、政府等综合解决机制。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation, influencing factors, anxiety state of the pressure of marriage and loveamong the urban single youngsters, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. METHODS Application of self-de-signed young youth marriage stress questionnaires and status-trait anxiety questionnaire in the first 20 questions of 207 urban singleyoungsters to investigate. RESULTS The marriage problem has constituted the pressure of 153 older youth（73.91%）, the influence fac-tors came from their parents and family urged（86.27%）, 89 people had age factor（58.17%）,82（53.59%） caused by the failure to en-counter the right object; the average score of state anxiety was 49.39 ± 13.79, far exceeding the national norm 39.31±8.66. CONCLUSION It be came common for the problems to discuss the stress of marriage and the anxiety of the urban Older single youngsters. Toalleviate the pressure of marriage of single youngsters, and solve the problems of marriage and love among young people, it needed acomprehensive solution mechanism, such as individuals, families, society, government and so on.
