磁性橡胶的研究现状及其发展前景

Present Status and Future Development of Magnetic Rubbers

磁性橡胶是一类功能性复合高分子材料,具有磁性和弹性、易加工、形状多样、可绕性好等优点,被广泛应用于许多领域。近年来,由于其特殊结构、优良性能和广阔的应用前景等引起国际学术界和工业界的高度重视,越来越多研究者致力于磁性橡胶的研究中。本文主要介绍了磁性橡胶的基本组成、磁性橡胶的常用制备工艺技术及其研究现状,并对其在工业和人们日常工作及生活中的应用现状进行了概括。最后就磁性橡胶的当前研究趋势和未来发展前景进行了简要描述。

The magnetic rubber is a kind of functional polymer composites with such advantages as magnetism and elasticity, easy processing, diverse shape, good flexibility and so on. So it has been widely used in many fields. In recent years, magnetic rubbers have attracted great attention in the international academic and industrial fields due to their particular structure, good properties and bright future applications. More and more researchers devote themselves into the research of magnetic rubbers. This paper mainly introduces the basic composition, common preparation technology and research status of magnetic rubbers, and summarizes the present application state of magnetic rubbers in the fields of industry and people＇s daily work and life. Finally, current research trends and possible future perspectives of magnetic rubbers are briefly described.
