摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法对乳粉中异构化乳糖的含量进行检测,选用碳水化合物分析色谱柱进行分离,磷酸二氢钠与乙腈作为流动相,流速1.23 mL/min,通过绘制异构化乳糖的标准曲线,得到异构化乳糖的线性范围是(0.1~10)mg/mL,相关系数R2为0.9999,回收率95.0%~105%,检出限为0.1 g/100 g、定量限为0.3 g/100 g。该方法可以准确定量,用于检测乳粉中异构化乳糖。
In this study, a method called high performance liquid chromatography was developed to test isomerized lactose. Carbohydrate analysis column separation was adopted. The mobile phase was NaH2PO4 and CHCN, the flow rate was 1.23 mL/min. The standard curve of isomerized lactose was dotained, The linear range of isomerized lactose was(0.110)mg/mL, the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9999, the recovery was 95.0%105%, the detection limit was 0.1 g/100 g, the limit of quantification was 0.3 g/100 g. The method can be accurately quantified, suitable for the analysis of isomerized lactose in milk powder.
